Yoga Hop

The Yoga Hop is like a combination of the Cupid Shuffle and Soul Train. It’s line dancing and a real blast… especially for those older kiddos who can go along with the choreography.

HOW TO DO IT:
Every time you hear, “Stretch out,” teach a pose. The rest is shuffling to the left and right and turning. There’s a rap at the end where you can break dance or free dance or dance with a partner down a line just like in Soul Train. Try to match your partner’s moves. See who can dance the most enthusiastically.
